3. Within 24 working hours you’ll receive a welcome call from your Customer Success Manager, who’ll provide the new client form link
Here you’ll enter the details that will allow us support your business effectively:
• Points of contacts, e.g. main IT contact, approvers, accounts etc.
• Your staff details, e.g. names, email addresses
• Admin login details for Microsoft 365 and / or Google Workspace, plus any other software we’ll be installing on your staff’s devices
4. We’ll get your business onboarded and live on support around 2 weeks from the date the new client form is submitted
• Your team will receive a Helpdesk welcome email, which includes a link to download support & security software, and explains how to raise support requests
• 5% of plan revenue will be donated to Crisis every month
